Course Aim

Qualifikationsziele

The students:

·          use their acquired methodological skills in an inter-disciplinary environment to gain and implement their specialist knowledge and skills.

·          develop innovative solutions with scientific methods in teams and publicly present and defend the results under professional guidance for a complex problem.

·          are required to structure, organize and co-ordinate the task distribution and responsibilities within a team.

·          are required to conduct research on topic-related literature

·          learn to work and communicate effectively with time constraints.

Die Studierenden:

·          setzen ihre erworbenen methodischen Fähigkeiten in einem interdisziplinären Umfeld ein, um Fachkenntnisse und Fähigkeiten zu erwerben und umzusetzen.

·          entwickeln in Gruppen innovative Lösungen mit wissenschaftlichen Methoden fur ein komplexes Problem und präsentieren und verteidigen die Ergebnisse unter professioneller Anleitung.

·          strukturieren, organisieren und koordinieren die Aufgabenverteilung und Verantwortlichkeiten innerhalb des Teams.

·          forschen mit themenbezogener Literatur.

·          lernen, unter zeitlichen Einschränkungen effektiv zu arbeiten und zu kommunizieren.

Course Content

Lehrinhalte

Option 1: The students deal with all aspects of project development for a real project in Germany. The process is done with a high degree of professional guidance and supervision. The project must be defended publicly and in front of an examination panel which trains the presentation skills.

Option 2: The students opting for option 2 will, in addition to option 1, also participate in the German course ‘Einführung in die Finanzierung und Bewertung von Immobilien’.

Option 1: Die Studierenden befassen sich mit allen Aspekten der Projektentwicklung eines realen Projektes. Der Prozess wird mit einem hohen Maß an professioneller Anleitung und Überwachung durchgeführt. Um die Präsentationsfähigkeiten zu trainieren wird das Projekt öffentlich vor einer Jury verteidigt.

Option 2: Die Studierenden nehmen neben der Option 1 auch an dem Kurs "Einführung in die Finanzierung und Bewertung von Immobilien" teil.
